I am reposting this as a reminder that this is airing this evening in just a few moments!
In a previous post I wrote about the CBS special A Home For The Holidays, airing on a different date and time. One of my fellow adoption.com bloggers, Erin, from the transracial adoption blog, pointed out that the information in my post was from an older CBS special, and not the one for this year! Thank you Erin for point out my error, so that I could get the correct information out to everyone!
The special this year will be airing on Friday December 22, at 8pm. This year’s special is being hosted by an old favorite of mine, Rod Stewart! This is the eights annual Home For the Holidays special, which is aimed at finding homes for the more than half a million children waiting in foster care for a forever family, and home of their very own. This wonderful special will be featuring children whom have found their forever families, as well as talented artists such as Five For Fighting, John Legend, Katharine McPhee, and Mary Mary.
