I am in this situation myself. My wife and I have been married for just a little over a year now. She has two teenage daughters from previous relationships. The 15-yr-old has accepted me as her daddy and I am wanting to adopt her. Yet, the courthouse where I live at does not have the forms anymore. I have to go through a lawyer in order to obtain it. Also, the website that you gave is currently down.
