It is pretty well known at this point that singer Britney Spears, and ex-husband Kevin Federline have been fighting over custody and visitation of their two boys for quite some time now. Despite her wild behavior in pubic, Britney has been fighting for custody of her two boys, after a judge ordered that the boys be removed from her care, and primary custody be given to their father.

A hearing scheduled for today, to finally get a deposition from Britney, had to be rescheduled, as Ms. Spears apparently called in sick. Some are doubting her sudden illness though, due to the fact that she has put off giving her deposition for so long now, but especially because the hoards of photographers and journalists that follow her every move caught her out and about, looking just fine, until about 2 in the morning, just 8 hours before her 10 a.m. court hearing.

So Britney was once again able to dodge giving her deposition to the courts, yet some are wondering if she is truly trying to dodge giving her statement to the court, or if she is too overwhelmed with anxiety over the fate of her children, coupled with the fact that she has people literally camped outside of her home waiting to see and hear her reaction over absolutely everything that happens to her.

In true Brit-Brit fashion, after stopping off at a gas station and getting photographed profusely while her assistant filled up the tank, she realized that the actual store of the gas station was closed, and drove off...without her assistant. That's right after dodging all of the questions about why she was out and about after missing her court date due to 'illness' it would seem that she dodged something else as well, her assistant, leaving her stranded on the corner with the photo hounds for several minutes before returning to rescue her confused and forgotten buddy. Hey, at least it wasn't one of her kids!
